The Hotel Transformation Project

Set at Punta Cancún—the meeting point of Cancun’s famed shoreline and the turquoise sea—Hyatt Ziva Cancun is a luxurious 5‑star, all-inclusive beach resort tailored for travelers of all ages. Surrounded on three sides by white sandy beaches, the resort features three infinity pools, and offers access to two semi-private beaches. With 547 elegantly appointed suites boasting sea or garden views, this iconic pyramid-style architecture blends contemporary design with local artistry and coastal ambiance.
